Prices & Payment

All tours and services are customized, so it is not possible to provide a schedule of prices until details of the tour are established. Please begin by providing the requested Contact information, as fully as possible.

For my services

To the extent I am providing the sole services (for example, walking tours without transport, etc), I will respond with pricing and payment options when final dates and times are established with you. A deposit may be required to hold a booking, and this deposit will be non-refundable if tour is cancelled less than 3 days prior to the tour start.

Depending on your location, prices can be established in US Dollars, Danish kroner, or Euros.

If you are in the USA, personal checks can be used for payments, in US Dollars, if received by the requested date. I do not have credit card capabilities. Payments can also be made by bank transfer, and you will pay for all bank fees on both your side and my side (usually minimal). Full or final payments are required prior to the start of the tour, especially cash arrangements.

For other tours, including escorted and independent long tours

The various operators that arrange tours at my request have different conditions, and these operators will be your primary contact and have responsibility for all arrangements. They will accordingly advise;

• A final itinerary and tour dates.
• Base currency for the tour desired (Danish Kroner, US Dollars, Euro etc).
• Inclusions and exclusions for the tour.
• Deposit amount and date for receipt to secure requested bookings.
• Final payment due date and amount.
• Method of payments (many have credit card facilities).
• Any and all other conditions.
